2400 square feet of coverage. Legs are 9' Tall. Center Peak is roughly 15' high. Middle of tent has two sets of four poles that go to the ground where the four corners of each tent meet. Price includes setup. This 40' x 60' tent consists of  SIX 20' x 20' tents combined. A permit may be required for this tent. Call us for details. This item is for delivery only. No will call pick-ups. For an additional fee, this tent requires TEN water barrels to weigh down for safety if stakes cannot be used. A permit is required to construct tents over 400 square feet. Please contact the fire department in your city/county to find out how to get one and what the requirements are. America's Party Rental will construct any size tent however we will not acquire your permit. If you choose not to get a permit, you are running the risk of having your event shut down.
